On the PC, paste one line we give you. Then leave it switched on — it checks and fixes on its own.

Good to know
Will you look at my files?
No. The checker looks at how Windows is set up — updates, security settings, disk space — not at your documents, photos or emails. Disk clean-up only removes temporary and leftover system files.
What do I need to do?
Just paste one line into Windows (we show you exactly how) and leave the PC switched on and online for about half an hour. That's it.
Can you keep an eye on it afterwards?
Yes. With your report you can choose monthly monitoring for £5 a month for your first 3 months, then £9.99 a month: a fresh check and report every month, safe fixes applied automatically, and an email if anything serious comes up. Cancel any time. It's optional — the Health Check is yours either way.
Does the software stay on my PC?
Yes — so we can offer ongoing monitoring if you'd like it, and help you remotely if something goes wrong. If you'd rather it was removed, there's a button on your report and we'll take it off for you.
Does it work on a Mac?
Not yet — the Health Check is for Windows 10 and Windows 11 PCs and laptops.
What if something can't be fixed automatically?
Your report explains it in plain English and what we'd recommend. You can sort it yourself, or ask us — we'll quote before doing anything.
