Proper IT support for organisations without an IT department
Cloud 4 Sure is a managed IT and cloud company based in Worthing, West Sussex. We look after the technology for small and growing businesses, schools, charities and care providers across Sussex and beyond.
Most of our clients don't have an IT department, and they shouldn't need one. They want computers that work, email that arrives, data that's backed up and secure, and someone to call who already knows their setup. That's the job we've been doing for over 15 years.
Some of our clients have been with us since their very first hosting account. We think that's the best measure of how we're doing.

What we believe good IT support looks like
Prevention first
We'd rather stop a problem than fix it. Every PC and server we look after is monitored around the clock, and common faults are repaired automatically, often before anyone notices.
Someone who knows you
No call centre and no script. Our small team knows your systems, your staff and your history, so you never have to explain everything twice.
Honest, fixed pricing
Fixed-price support contracts, with what's covered written down in plain English. If something falls outside it, we'll tell you before we start, not after.
Security we practise ourselves
We're Cyber Essentials certified, and we hold your systems to the same standard: patching, antivirus, backups, multi-factor sign-in and sensible access controls.
Straight answers
We explain what we're doing and why, without jargon. If you don't need something, we'll say so.
In it for the long run
We'd rather look after a client for fifteen years than sell a quick project. Long relationships are where we do our best work.
Meet the founder
Lee Copper, Founder & Managing Director
Lee founded Cloud 4 Sure to give smaller organisations the kind of proactive, properly managed IT that large companies take for granted, without the large-company price tag or the call-centre runaround.
Over more than 15 years he's worked across web hosting and email, Microsoft cloud migrations, connectivity and phone systems, and cyber security. He's still closely involved with clients day to day, so you're never just a ticket number.
