Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across mainland the United Kingdom. If you're outside mainland UK (for example the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands), please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and carriage.
Dispatch and delivery times
Most orders are dispatched the same or next working day. Delivery is typically 1–3 working days from dispatch, depending on the item and your location. Some products are shipped directly from our distributor; the expected dispatch time for each item is shown on its product page.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We'll always do our best to meet these times, but they are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery costs
Delivery is calculated automatically from the items in your basket and shown in full before you pay — there are no hidden charges at checkout. Prices and delivery are shown inclusive of VAT.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched we'll email you a confirmation, and courier tracking details where the carrier provides them.
Problems or delays
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, or anything arrives damaged, please get in touch or call 01903 339955 and we'll put it right. See also our Returns & refunds policy.
