Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery is calculated and shown before you pay. We try to keep every price accurate, but if we spot a genuine pricing error we'll let you know before dispatch and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Placing an order
When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. That confirmation is an acknowledgement, not acceptance — a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. If an item turns out to be unavailable we'll contact you and refund any payment for it.
Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Delivery & shipping policy, and your cancellation, returns and refund rights by our Returns & refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
