This policy explains how Cloud 4 Sure Ltd collects and uses your personal data, and the cookies our website uses. We are the data controller for the information described here.
Who we are
Cloud 4 Sure Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 10946734), registered office The Mill Building, 31 Chatsworth Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1LY. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@cloud4sure.co.uk or 01903 339955.
The information we collect
When you fill in a form on this site (our contact form or free IT health-check request) we collect the details you give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, company and your message — so we can respond to your enquiry. When you browse the site, and only if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymous usage data (see Cookies below).
How we use it, and our lawful basis
We use the details from forms to reply to you, provide the services you ask about and keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries, and, where you become a customer, performance of our contract with you. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used and improve it; our lawful basis for the cookies behind it is your consent, which you give through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.
Cookies
We don't set any non-essential cookies until you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you accept, we load:
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) — measures visits and how pages are used, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies such as
_ga. - Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland) — anonymous usage analytics and heatmaps that show how visitors interact with pages. Only active once enabled and after you accept.
If you choose “Decline”, none of these load and no analytics cookies are set. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business under appropriate safeguards — for example the analytics providers above, and our email and hosting providers. Some of these may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us, and longer where we have a legal or contractual reason to. Analytics data is retained in line with the providers' standard settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@cloud4sure.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always the one published here.
