Your right to cancel
If you're a consumer, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. To cancel, email us at info@cloud4sure.co.uk with your order number before the 14 days are up. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
How to return an item
- Email info@cloud4sure.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you're returning.
- We'll confirm the return address and any reference to include.
- Pack the item securely — ideally in its original packaging — and send it back to us.
Please return goods unused and in a resaleable condition where possible. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what's necessary to check the item.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return postage (see below).
Refunds
Once we've received the item back (or you've shown proof of return), we'll refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method via our payment provider, Stripe. This includes the standard delivery cost you paid, though not any extra you chose to pay for faster delivery.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please tell us as soon as possible. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or full refund including any postage you've paid, at no cost to you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Exceptions
Some items can't be returned for change of mind once opened for hygiene or licensing reasons — for example software with a broken seal, or items made or ordered specially to your specification. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty.
